Senior DSP Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DSP Engineer to develop radar and camera algorithms in Matlab/Python and implement them on different DSP platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop Python/Matlab models of DSP algorithms for object detection, classification and tracking in radar/camera images.
Implement models on real-time DSP platforms, including DSP processors, general purpose processors and dedicated hardware accelerators.
Design optimal radar waveforms for different sensing applications.
Collaborate with RF IC and antenna teams on antenna topology selection.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Analyze systems and recommend improvements in project policies and procedures.

Qualifications

6+ years of algorithm development experience.
Dipl. Ing, Master’s degree or PhD.
Strong theoretical and practical background in signal processing.
Advanced Matlab/Python skills and experience with DSP/ML libraries.
Experience implementing algorithms on digital signal processing platforms.
Machine learning experience is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HW Engineer to participate in the development of hardware architectures for industrial safety systems.

Responsibilities

Define and develop hardware architectures for industrial safety systems.
Participate in presales activities, including RFI/RFQ responses, requirements analysis and cost estimations.
Lead PCB design and testing using simulation tools and lab equipment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, EMI/EMC and environmental requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Perform safety analysis, FMEA, FMEDA and reliability calculations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in hardware design.
Experience in full-cycle electronics product development: requirements, schematics, layout, materials, manufacturing and testing.
Deep knowledge of IPC standards, DFM and collaboration with EMS partners.
Ability to estimate timelines, resources and material costs.
Strong knowledge of mixed-signal design, analog and digital circuits.
Knowledge of IEC 61508, FMEA/FMEDA and certification processes is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Altium, OrCAD, SPICE, LTSpice, Tina or similar tools.
Working proficiency in written and spoken English.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Robotics Engineer to design, develop and integrate robotics algorithms and ML-based systems across the full autonomy stack.

Key Responsibilities

Develop robotics algorithms and ML-based systems for perception, state estimation, planning and control.
Integrate camera, LiDAR, radar and IMU outputs into autonomy and decision-making stacks.
Build and maintain robot software stacks for diverse platforms.
Implement algorithms for localization, mapping, sensor fusion, motion planning and trajectory optimization.
Work with perception and vision teams on ML-based outputs such as detection, depth and tracking.
Deploy and optimize robotics software on embedded and edge compute platforms.
Support integration into real robots for demos, testing and customer use.
Debug autonomy issues across sensors, algorithms and software interactions.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Computer Science or a related field.
6+ years of experience in robotics algorithms, autonomy or robotics software engineering.
Strong foundation in state estimation, sensor fusion, motion planning, control, localization and mapping.
Strong C++ and/or Python skills.
Experience deploying robotics algorithms on real robotic platforms.

Preferred Skills

ROS / ROS 2 and modern robotics middleware.
Learning-based robotics, reinforcement learning or imitation learning.
Experience integrating ML models into real-time robotic systems.
Experience with Gazebo, Isaac Sim or similar simulation tools.
Experience with mobile, manipulation or legged robots.
Systems-level thinking and understanding of the full autonomy stack.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
Self-driven approach with focus on real-world deployment.
